Despite some tough weather conditions this winter, PMP Surfacing is proud to see another major golf project over the finish line.
Our latest pathway providing an easy route for golfers.
This month saw the completion of the third phase of work at Tynemouth Golf Club resulting in over 1300m2 of Flexipave being installed.
The work has completely transformed the golf course pathways at the club, improving accessibility and drainage to the course, as well as it improving the appearance of the course.
Flexipave means pathways at golf clubs do not get waterlogged.
The golf club selected Flexipave in order to improve the year round accessibility, after historic issues with the course condition in winter months.
This is just the latest work that we have done at golf clubs, with us supplying and installing Flexipave all around the country.
The Flexipave surfacing system is a highly sustainable and low-maintenance material. It's porosity also means that pathways will no longer become waterlogged in winter months, remaining clear and accessible. The rubber element also makes the surface excellent underfoot, offering superb grip, particularly for those wearing golfing footwear.
Tynemouth aim to provide accessibility for the golf course for all 365 days of the year.
