At PMP Surfacing, we are thrilled with our latest achievement at Chessington World of Adventures resort.
Flexistone installed in major refurbishment at Chessington, as part of the resorts "Shine' season.
We have transformed the Shipwreck coast land by installing 3200m² of our product Flexistone in a Poseidon marble blend.
The team at Chessington selected Poseidon from our extensive range of Flexistone blends which we offer.
We were also asked to create a bespoke graphic that captured the spirit of the Shipwreck Coast. We went with an anchor and rope design which was hand drawn and cut out by our skilled team.

The anchor was created using Vuba’s Colorbound system. The construction of the anchor was a collaboration between the creative team at Chessington, lead by Hannah Baker, and our talented installation team.

The versatility of Colorbound enables us to incorporate pictures, patterns, logos, emblems, or signage seamlessly into the surfacing, enriching the aesthetic appeal of the Shipwreck Cove land while aligning with Chessington's vision.
This is the latest project harnessing Colorbound, with us applying the product outside the CBeebies Land Hotel at Alton Towers earlier this year.
The overall transformation has redefined the ambiance of the theme park, imparting a fresh and radiant look to its surroundings.
