Having built a strong partnership with KBI UK Ltd, PMP Surfacing is one of the UK's leading suppliers and installers of Flexipave and Flexistone. PMP is now recognised by KBI UK as their principal strategic partner.
As part of our installation partnership with KBI, we have developed a detailed understanding of porous surfacing products, and are able to advise and guide project leaders when it comes to creating free draining surfaces.
KBI Flexipave & Flexistone
KBI Flexipave is a mixture of loose ground rubber (derived from recycled vehicle tyres) and stone aggregate.
The loose material is mixed onsite with KBI's unique polyurethane binder and installed by hand. The combination of rubber within the material and the unique binder gives the finished surface a dynamic flexibility that would be impossible to achieve with traditional hard materials. KBI Flexipave is used for pedestrian access and light vehicle use such as golf buggies.
When more significant vehicle access is required, KBI Flexistone is the answer. The product shares many similarities with Flexipave, but doesn't include rubber within the material. A hard wearing, long-lasting product, Flexistone will also allow water to freely drain through it.

Bespoke decorative surfacing
Working with some of the UKs leading theme parks and visitor attractions, PMP Surfacing has developed several new options for high quality decorative surfacing that is designed to withstand high footfall.
Using a combination of materials that are combined with specialist binding agents, we have been able to install intricate designs ranging from lightning bolts to logos.
